Mustard Crusted Potatoes

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 32 oz. Potato Inspirations™ potatoes, quartered

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425-degrees. Mix all ingredients except potatoes in small bowl. After ingredients are mixed, add potatoes and toss to coat. Pour potatoes into a greased 13″ x 9″ baking pan and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
